With the unprecedented growth of our business, customer service is a top priority of ours. We’ve been proactive about making sure customer concerns are being met and that we exceed expectations.

How do you handle customer concerns?

Beginning in October 2007, we took significant steps to further improve our customer service. These solutions included increased staffing and training, extended hours, installing advanced software and telephone systems as well as implementing improved product handling methods. These have resulted in all customer concerns being addressed to the satisfaction of each consumer and where applicable, our local Better Business Bureau.

Customer concerns and resolution are important to us. Because we give priority to our customers, we’ve been able to immediately handle 99 percent of our customer calls since July. Through this, we are continuing to exceed our customers’ expectations.
